Is there a FASTer Way?

I was having lunch with a friend in October 2021 and complaining that my Post Menopause weight gain was super frustrating given that I work out daily, eat clean and restrict my carbs. Still, no change in my body composition or on the belly that had been slapped on me over the past eight years. She said “You should try the FASTer Way to Fat Loss”. The what?
