Grill baby Grill

Summer months are here and we love to take our cooking outside as much as possible. From appetizers to dessert, you can really make an entire meal on the grill while keeping your home cool and your kitchen clean. Just click the highlighted links to view the recipes.

Appetizer: Grilled Shrimp is impressive but very easy to make! What really makes it is the grilled lemon so don’t skip that flavor boost. Then whip up some cocktail sauce with ketchup and horseradish to taste. I also love a sprinkle of Old Bay, being the Baltimore girl that I am.

Chicken: Moroccan Grilled with an Herby Lemon Olive Vinaigrette is absolutely delicious. That dressing has become one of my favorites and you can use it on so many things.

Pork: Nothing says summer like Ribs on the Grill. This recipe from The Pioneer Woman can be made as is or use the Williams Sonoma seasoning and BBQ sauces for a simple shortcut.

Steak: Ina is queen and her Filet recipe is simple but effective. I’m not a medium rare girl but for those that like red or pink centers- follow her instructions. I’ll serve yours up and then keep mine on till well done (much to the horror of my husband)

Fish: Grilled Halibut has become my favorite fish to grill (ok close second goes to Salmon) But I fell in love with Halibut after I tried Fish Fixe and Sizzlefish -both great fresh seafood companies that deliver to your doorstep. I highly recommend them both!

Grilled veggies are a lovely side dish and you can use your favorites. Grill them in a basket like this or on a skewer as Love and Lemons has here.

Desserts on the grill are very popular and you can keep it simple like Grilled peaches or get fancy like Blueberry Crisp.

Hope that gives you some inspiration for outdoor cooking. Enjoy these and your summer!
