Fall is wonderful but with colder weather comes illness so I start boosting my immune system with bone broth, elderberry syrup and vitamins.

Vitamins

Obviously Vitamin C, Zinc and even Vitamin D can boost your immune system. Make sure you know your levels by asking your doctor for a blood test. Vitamin D is also available when you expose yourself to sunlight even for ten minutes. But if you live in a cold and grey climate like I do, I highly recommend this light from Northern Light Technologies. It simulates sunlight and has literally taken away my seasonal effect depression.
